Portfolio audit

Send a list of managed rentals. We return a portfolio gap report that flags paperwork issues likely to block or delay registration, with drafts you can send to landlords.

What you receive

Typical delivery within two business days of a usable upload.

What the report covers

This is an administrative gap report, not legal advice and not a guarantee that a council will accept a filing.

What you must upload (or results will be weak)

Minimum for a useful report:

Include where you have them:

If you only send addresses: you still get a full EPC check; gas/electrics/alarms/licences will mostly show as gaps. If addresses are incomplete or do not match the EPC register: those rows may be unmatched or incomplete. Blank fields are treated as gaps, not as clear.

After you pay

You are taken to a secure upload page linked to your payment.

  2. Upload your property list

CSV or spreadsheet, agency name, and optional notes. You get an automatic confirmation email.

  3. Receive the report

By paying you confirm you can supply a property list as described above.
